Job Description

Position Overview: Responsible for coordinating the apartment release process, inclusive of meeting and communicating with families to execute contractual release of apartments, tracking and reporting of sales and all activities related to the resale of apartment, and ongoing communication regarding such to all pertinent parties.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  1. Meets with residents, families and legal representatives to execute contractual parameters of apartment vacancy and financial obligations.
  2. Reviews and organizes all legal, contact and supporting information necessary to coordinate each communication.
  3. Provides regular oral and written communication with family representatives regarding sales activity.
  4. Maintains, coordinates, creates, analyzes, distributes and communicates reports associated and necessary to apartment inventory activity.
  5. Collaborates with multiple departments to support apartment vacancy and resale process, information sharing and consistent communication.
  6. Assists with sales and marketing activities as directed.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Two or more years of successful sales experience or equivalent preferable.
  • Some college preferred, High School Diploma or GED required
