Job Description	Summary: Responsible for ensuring the clean, sanitary and presentable appearance of floors in all buildings. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Maintain carpet care, extracts, shampoos, bonnets. Maintain hard surface floors, machines scrub/strip, recoats/waxes (using floor equipment). Maintain equipment and supplies in accordance with established policies and procedures. Assist with supply deliveries and put them in the proper storage areas. Clean elevator tracks and door tracks. Complete all assigned work order requests. Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. General knowledge of floor and carpet care. Ability to use all required equipment. Education and/or Experience: Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written instructions. Previous experience in carpet care and floor finishing techniques preferred but not required.
