For example, our on-site Medical Center located in the central commons area in the Great Lakes Clubhouse gives you access to programs, services and resources designed to help you stay healthier, longer. From preventive services like check-ups, immunizations, sick visits with on-staff physicians, lab tests and more, you’ll appreciate the convenience and quality of services you’ll find here.

If more care is ever needed, you’ll turn to our free-standing Health Center and our complete continuum of care, including assisted living, memory support and skilled nursing. So if you ever need a higher level of care, you know where you’ll receive it and who will provide it. This is also where you’ll find our extensive short-term rehabilitation services. With all this on site, you know you’ll never have to move away from Henry Ford Village.

The Henry Ford Village Health Center is also open to the public for those who need care. And, we don’t charge a large up-front deposit!
