Oakwood Geriatric Associates
Oakwood Geriatric Associates specializes in the needs of residents at Henry Ford Village. Our team of physicians, board-certified in internal medicine and geriatrics, also includes a nurse practitioner and social worker.
We are conveniently located on the Henry Ford Village campus; our services are available to residents of Henry Ford Village, as well as to the members of the community at large. Our team sees individuals for routine health care concerns, and has access to a professional network of physicians who are specialists in multiple fields, including geriatric psychiatry and geriatric cardiology. A social worker is available to facilitate family care conferences, at which social issues and advance directives can be discussed. Also, appointments for comprehensive geriatric assessments are available to help address memory concerns, activity issues and physical medicine needs.
