Being active knows no age limit. People of every age benefit from physical activity, from stretching to building muscle mass, to help them get the most joy from their everyday lives.
Our fitness center features equipment designed exclusively with older adults in mind. It includes treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes, and upper and lower body strength machines. We also offer a heated indoor pool and hot tub.
Because a healthy diet is an integral part of physical health, our wellness coordinator works with residents to create a nutrition plan along with personalized fitness programs based on each person’s goals. All residents also receive a helpful orientation program of the fitness equipment to ensure they’re getting the safest, most optimum workout.
